How it works: connect your mailbox (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Gmail or any IMAP provider). When a quote request arrives, the AI detects it and extracts origin, destination, vehicle type, weight, pallets and constraints such as refrigerated, ADR or tail-lift. A deterministic pricing engine then computes the price from your own commercial rules: rate grids by weight bracket and zone (import your Excel grid as-is), degressive per-km rates with distance brackets, minimum charges, CNR cost floors, fuel indexation, tolls and customer-specific discounts. The priced reply lands as a draft in the original email thread — you review, adjust if needed, and send.
