Reports are available for day-to-day review and export to PDF or Excel. Depending on the selected plan, teams can also use DATEV export, advanced reporting, planning suggestions, qualification management, NFC time tracking, and multi-location workflows.

FixPlaner's natural-language AI copilot can turn a written or spoken command into reviewable scheduling and workforce-management actions. The proposed change remains reviewable and is only saved after a manager confirms it. This is particularly useful for teams that want automation without giving up control over staffing decisions.

FixPlaner is available through the web, iPhone, iPad, and Android and supports seven interface languages. Product data is hosted in German data centers with encrypted transmission, role-based access, and optional two-factor authentication.
