> Vocalenda answers the phone for businesses that live by their appointment book. When a customer calls, it picks up on the first ring, any hour, any day, in a natural voice (British ones included). It checks real availability in your Google Calendar, offers times, and books the appointment while the caller is still on the line. It reschedules and cancels the same way, texts every caller an SMS confirmation from the number they rang, and remembers regulars' preferences for next time.
Questions it cannot answer are taken as messages and land in your dashboard, with the full call transcript, before the call ends. Callers who need a human can be transferred straight to you.

Setup takes one sitting: connect your Google Calendar, describe your services, prices and opening hours, pick a voice, and either hand out your new dedicated UK number or forward your existing number to it. Up to five staff members are included, each with their own calendar, so callers can book with the person they always see.

Pricing is one flat plan: £49 a month on the founding rate with
everything included and no per-minute charges (fair use of 500 call minutes, roughly 250 bookings). There is a 30-day free trial and no contract. Vocalenda is built and supported in the UK by its founder, who answers the support email himself.
