Most tools do one service well and bolt the rest on. Animal Friends OS runs your entire operation in one place, with each service designed the way it actually works: a per-groomer appointment calendar, a boarding occupancy board with feeding and medication tracking, a day-based daycare check-in roster, and true class enrollment for training. Your boarding and daycare never get forced into a grooming calendar again. What makes it different: • 0% booking fees — you keep your money. No per-transaction surcharge on your sales. • Built-in payment plans (Buy Now, Pay Later) — let clients split larger boarding, grooming, or training bills, a feature no other pet platform offers. • Recurring ACH and card billing — perfect for memberships, daycare packages, and standing plans. • Client agreements and waivers with e-signature — collected and logged automatically for each service. • Custom Services — build and price your own services (mobile grooming, multi-provider, collectives, anything) when no template fits. • Your own branded client app so pet parents book, pay, and sign right from their phone. • Report cards, vaccine tracking, automated reminders, and a full client CRM — built in. Ideal for independent and growing pet-care businesses that offer more than one service and want a single system for the whole shop — especially operators switching from older platforms who are done paying booking fees and juggling add-ons. Support that's actually human: Animal Friends OS is founder-led. You'll talk to a real operator, get free help importing your data, and go live the same day. Simple monthly plans starting at $69/month, with a free 14-day trial — no credit card required. Stop paying more for less. Run your grooming, boarding, daycare, and training on one platform that keeps your fees, grows your revenue with payment plans, and treats you like a partner. > > Verdict: Rated **5.0/5** by 1 users. There will always be a learning curve to any new system but the developer has clearly put in a lot of work to make onboarding as simple as possible. > > **Cons**: Not a whole lot to complain about here. The handful of items I needed I submitted as a suggestion and they were added promptly. My company offers transport and when I needed that as an option it was added by EOD. > > Overall, this system is more intuitive, easier to navigate and more flexible than any system I've used so far and it costs me significantly less. I've trialed a dozen or so systems over the last year and used 3 separate systems for long periods in our company, including Gingr and Revelation Pets, this one blows them out of the water. The built in app is a game changer and the options for payment plans is literally going to double my sale rate on dog training. ## Links - [View on SoftwareAdvice](https://www.softwareadvice.com.au/software/559025/Animal-Friends-OS) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | ----- ## Structured Data
