> Léon helps small and mid-sized service companies stop writing their intervention reports twice. It replaces the paper form, the photos scattered across phones and the report retyped in the evening at the office.

On site, the agent fills the report on their phone: services performed, photos, anomalies observed. It works without a signal and syncs when the connection returns. The client signs on the screen and the signature is printed, time-stamped, on the PDF.

That PDF goes out automatically in your own branding, so the client receives proof of the visit the same day rather than a week later.

Anomalies are the part most tools forget. In Léon they are logged with photos and carried from one visit to the next until they are fixed, which is what turns a report into a follow-up.

Managers see, in real time, which reports went out, which anomalies are open, which jobs are waiting for validation and which are ready to invoice. Léon also covers tasks and scheduling, a client portal, team messaging, statistics and calendar sync.

It was built by a French services company for its own field teams before being opened to others, and the data is hosted in France.
