Studios can schedule appointments, consultations, guest spots, closures, and time off while managing artist availability and avoiding double-bookings. Client records connect contact details, booking history, messages, payment requests, consent forms, and follow-up tasks, giving the team a shared view of every client relationship.

TatTool’s communication automations are called Flows. Flows listen for triggers, evaluate optional conditions, and perform actions in the background. Studios can use them to automate booking reminders, payment notifications, consent-form links, internal notifications, emails, SMS messages, and webhooks. Messages can include information such as the client’s name, appointment time, studio location, payment link, or consent-form link. Flow Logs show the result of each action, the communication provider used, and any errors. For safety and predictability, Flows automate communication without changing bookings, payments, or studio data. 

TatTool integrates with Stripe for checkout links, deposits, refunds, payment requests, and payment-status tracking. Digital consent forms can be created from reusable templates, sent using links or QR codes, reviewed by the studio, and stored as locked, encrypted PDFs. 

Ink registration helps studios track ink inventory, batches, retailers, safety data sheets, expiration dates, and booking-level ink usage. Reporting tools provide visibility into revenue, utilization, targets, forecasts, and upcoming workload. 

Role-based permissions, location controls, tasks, and shared records help artists, managers, and front-desk staff coordinate their work. TatTool replaces disconnected calendars, spreadsheets, forms, and messaging tools with one operational system designed around how tattoo studios work.
