The idea is simple: the inspection is the report. You walk the site, photograph what matters and describe what you see out loud. Photos are stamped with GPS coordinates so the location is provable later. Your voice is transcribed and filed into the right section as you go. By the time you are back at the ute, the draft is written and waiting for your review rather than your evening.

It works offline first, which matters more than it sounds. Basements, remote sites, mine access roads and half-built structures are exactly where signal fails and exactly where inspections happen. Everything captures locally and syncs when you have coverage again.

For teams, jobs run through a pipeline you can see at a glance, with scheduling, templates your firm controls, and reusable comment libraries so two inspectors describe the same defect the same way. Defects pin to floor plans, including multi-storey. Reports come out compliance-ready against Australian Standards, with the audit trail attached.

Clients get their own view: a tracking portal to follow progress, and a report they can open without an account. Referring agents get a portal too, and contractors can respond to defects directly rather than by email chain.

E-signatures are included through SignAndGo, and secure document sharing through ShareAndGo, so a signed report does not need a second subscription.
