The listed version is a dedicated local deployment installed on customer-designated hardware. The application, database and document vault remain within the organisation’s chosen environment, while authorised users access the system through a browser. Secure remote browser access can also be configured where required.

The software is suitable for HR teams, sponsor licence administrators, compliance managers and business owners who currently rely on spreadsheets, email chains and separate document folders. It brings key workforce and evidence-management processes into one controlled application.

Administrators can maintain employee and sponsored-worker records including immigration status, visa expiry dates, Right to Work check dates, eVisa share codes, employment details, contact information, salary history, BACS references and absence records.

A central document vault allows evidence to be organised by employee and document category. Review screens help users identify missing records and items that may require administrative attention.

Salary and payment-evidence tools bring together recorded salary information, payslip figures and BACS evidence. Where configured, a company bank statement can be uploaded and matched against saved employee references or names. OCR-assisted extraction may help identify relevant information from uploaded documents, but extracted data should always be reviewed by an authorised user.

Users can record salary changes, absences and internal notes showing whether an event was considered or reported through the Sponsor Management System. Reporting tools include workforce, visa, Right to Work, missing-evidence and reportable-event views.

The system can also generate structured printable employee compliance dossiers containing identity, immigration, employment, salary, payment, absence and supporting document evidence. Separate administrator and staff workflows help control access to different functions and records.

The standard package is supplied for a £998 one-time licence and setup fee. It includes the perpetual core software licence, installation and configuration, local database and document-vault setup, initial onboarding and one month of complimentary support. Optional ongoing support, software updates, additional configuration and custom development are separately chargeable.

The software supports internal sponsor licence administration, record organisation and audit preparation. It does not conduct prescribed Right to Work checks, submit information directly to the Sponsor Management System, provide legal or immigration advice, or guarantee compliance.
