The platform covers ten modules on one data model: a customisable project Dashboard; Work Breakdown Structure for hierarchical planning with List and Kanban views; Inspections with a multi-party sequential sign-off workflow and configurable policies; Issues and Snagging for defect tracking with categories, full lifecycle and reinspection; Documents for file storage and document control organised by folder and by source; Material Submittals combining a material catalogue with a formal approval workflow; Resources for inventory, deliveries and vendor tracking; Reports and Analytics covering daily field logs, analytics dashboards and client report delivery; Safety, in beta, with toolbox talks, safety walks, permits to work and incident management; and RFIs, in beta, with ball-in-court routing and response SLAs.

Because those modules are connected rather than bundled, a failed inspection becomes a tracked issue, and a record links to the RFI, submittal or drawing it depends on.

Administration is built for multi-project organisations. Roles are configured across entity, action and scope, with nine built-in roles plus unlimited custom roles. Organisation-level defaults for work calendar, unit system, currency, timezone and document numbering inherit automatically to new projects, with per-project overrides. Members hold an organisation-wide role and can carry a different role per project, with internal and external member types.

Subcontractors, vendors, consultants and client representatives are free and unlimited on every plan, permanently, so the whole project team can work inside the system rather than around it. Projects are unlimited on every plan.

On the web app, field teams can read cached data and capture safety-walk observations, photos and field notes with no signal, syncing on reconnect. Inspections can be signed off and completed offline.

Deployment is cloud-based, with migration available from Procore, Aconex and PlanGrid, plus CSV and spreadsheet import. Pricing is configured per organisation with per-seat or annual construction volume purchase paths, and the full platform is included at every tier. PleoStack is demo-led rather than self-serve.
