> Bankflow is a financial document workspace for people who need clean data out of the paperwork they already have. A user uploads a bank statement, invoice or receipt, forwards it to a private import address, or drops it in a watched cloud folder, and it comes back structured, categorized and export-ready in seconds. There is no bank account to link and no credentials to hand over.

Bank statements become transactions with date, description, amount, balance and category, and every statement is checked against itself before the user sees it. Invoices and receipts become vendor, date, line items, tax and totals, read from a PDF or a phone photo. Everything exports to Excel, CSV, JSON, or the import file Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, MYOB or NetSuite expects, and is available through a REST API.
