I guess there is a learning curve if you want to make and customize your own forms (which they absolutely let you do), but it's not too steep and anyone could do it if they wanted to. > > I didn't use this software as a customer. They designed and manage my website, and process all credit card payments for me. I do not use the document portal, but if that is appropriate for your practice, it is an excellent product. The goal of DirectLaw is to increase efficiency and profitability while expanding Access to Justice by lowering price points for consumers. It really works. I have known the founder for about 20 years. He is a leader and a visionary in expanding Access to Justice by creating financially sustainable business models for lawyers, and creating price points which are affordable to consumers.
