Neos is not intuitive in any way. Very cumbersome to use. Multiple steps required to perform almost every function. Customer support all but non existent AFTER you enter into contract - just use the "?" and listen watch video library. > > Using Neos is at best frustrating. we started using Neos last year. Support existed during the dating phase then after contract it became all but nonexistent. My staff reports requests for support are responded to with sarcasm and humifaction. Shop around. try other systems. Add an escape provision to the contract that if you are not satisfied yo may cancel. with full refund. It was a bad choice to use Neos.
