> **Pros**: Donor Hub is a very easy to use donor management tool. The staff is super helpful and responsive to our organizations needs, and works with us to address changes, to input data, and to answer questions. The database is easy to use, and the changes and updates that are made, are done so with the users in mind. Reports, mail merges, mass imports, and contact groups are some of the features we use almost daily.

> **Cons**: Anything that we find to be confusing or missing from Donor Hub, we relate to the staff and they work to improve it. This isn't a "con" so much as it is a willingness to accept feedback. For example, we currently can't pull reports for organizations; however, we know it is something in the minds of Nonprofit Data Solutions.

> Working with Nonprofit Data Solutions is great. Donor Hub is a valuable tool and we greatly appreciate the responsiveness of the staff, and the help they provide in the event we do have a question or technical problem.

> **Pros**: The program is highly intuitive, and easy to learn to use. I love the functionality of the web based system. DonorHub has the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. When I need help and send an email, I receive a super quick response, with patient explanations and support.

> **Cons**: This is a relatively new company, and thus is regularly working out the kinks. Because they are such gracious business partners, I certainly do not mind having extra patience. When I come across something that doesn't work, I simply send them a note, and they remedy it quickly.

> I highly recommend this product for small nonprofits\!
