We are paying for an integration with other software just so that we don't have to use Carton cloud as a customer of a warehouse using Carton cloud.

Just endless difficulties and paperwork.  

Have spent $$$ and \>9 months now trying to get an integration done just so that we don't have to work in Carton Cloud. We have been using the information they publish for API development. Numerous nuances that cannot be determined from their API information published. Still not up and running. Will have to use their consultants to get it done. 

Can't face having to work on their "customer of a warehouse using Carton cloud" platform.
