How it helps
Cybergine syncs your product catalogue, policies and pages, then answers shoppers on your website chat widget, WhatsApp and Telegram. Instead of generic text, shoppers see the actual products, with prices, availability and links, so they can go straight from a question to the basket. It can check whether two products work together, answer shipping, returns and sizing questions from your own pages, look up an order, and hand the conversation to a person when a question needs a human.

What makes it different
Answers are grounded in your store. If you do not sell something, the assistant says so rather than guessing, and you can see which pages and products each answer came from. You stay in control through one Command Center, where you coach each assistant's tone and rules, add Knowledge entries and review conversations.
