> If you run HR, compliance or legal in a Spanish company, you have probably been told that you need an internal reporting channel and that the regulator can ask for it at any moment. EticAlert exists to get that off your desk in an afternoon rather than a quarter.

Who it is for: HR managers, compliance officers, in-house lawyers and owner-managers of companies from around 20 employees up to groups of several hundred, plus town councils, foundations and other bodies covered by Law 2/2023 and EU Directive 2019/1937. Most of our customers do not have a dedicated compliance department and do not want to open a project with IT.

What setting it up looks like: you sign up with a corporate email, a guided wizard walks you through your logo, your report categories and who is responsible for the system, and you copy the resulting channel link onto your website or intranet. There is nothing to install, nothing to integrate and no consultant to book. Companies routinely go live the same morning they sign up.

What it does day to day: employees, suppliers and third parties file reports anonymously or under their name. Each reporter receives a secure tracking code, so they can follow their case and answer questions from the case handler without ever revealing who they are, which is usually what makes people trust the channel enough to use it. The platform sends the legally required acknowledgement within seven days on its own, warns you before the three-month resolution deadline, and records every action in an append-only audit log. If the regulator asks, you download a compliance certificate and the audit report and you are done.

Confidentiality is enforced by design: administrator, coordinator and case handler roles mean each person only sees the cases assigned to them, data is encrypted with AES-256 in transit and at rest, everything is hosted in the European Union, and the public channel sets no cookies and runs no tracking. We never have access to the decrypted content of your cases.

Support and pricing: help is available by email, through a knowledge base and FAQ, and by phone, with live online onboarding for larger accounts. Plans are flat per company rather than per user, starting at EUR 9 per month for up to 20 employees and EUR 39 per month for the 50 to 150 band where the channel becomes mandatory, with custom Enterprise terms including SSO/SAML, API and SLA. There is a 15-day free trial with no credit card, no setup fee and no minimum term, and if you ever leave you take your full audit record with you.
