Because filing happens into your existing SharePoint structure, documents inherit the permissions, retention policies and compliance controls you have already configured in Microsoft 365. There is no separate repository to secure and no content held outside your tenant.

Tracking tags applied at thread level mean replies and forwards follow the original filing decision instead of being handled one at a time, and Outlook categories give users a visual indicator of what has already been stored — so nothing is filed twice, and nothing is missed.

SureFile is available in two editions. Desktop runs on the workstation alongside MacroView DMS with no additional cloud infrastructure. Enterprise deploys into the organisation's own Azure subscription, so filing runs as a background service and continues whether Outlook is open or the user is logged in.

Support and rollout: implementation assistance is available to help define your filing rules and support deployment, with setup documentation on the MacroView HelpCentre and administrator support included through the license period.
