> Remoneo is a cloud-based client document collection platform designed for professional firms. It helps accountants, consultants, and other professionals request documents from clients, organize requirements into structured checklists, and track the progress of each request from a single workspace.

Professionals can create document requests by defining the documents required, setting due dates, adding instructions, and sending clients a dedicated link for uploading their files. Clients can submit documents without creating an account or installing an application.

Remoneo provides visibility into the status of each request, including pending, partially completed, and completed document collections. Professionals can identify missing documents and follow up when a request remains incomplete.

The platform also includes AI-assisted features that can help create and refine document checklists from a description of the work and flag submitted documents for review.

During the current Beta phase, documents uploaded by clients are sent directly to the professional's Google Drive. Additional cloud storage integrations, including Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive, are planned for future releases.

Remoneo is designed to reduce repetitive email exchanges and manual document follow-ups while keeping professionals in control of the collection process.
