# TradeSender

> TradeSender is field service software built for UK gardeners, lawn care and landscaping businesses, from a sole trader to a team running regular rounds.

It covers the whole job. Customers are stored with their contacts and properties, including gate codes and access notes. Quotes are emailed to the customer and turn into jobs once accepted. Visits can be booked one at a time or as weekly and fortnightly rounds, and the team calendar shows who is where.

In the field, the iPhone app lists the day's visits with directions and notes, and records time and photos against each job. It works without signal: changes are saved on the phone and synced when a connection returns. Everything is also available in the browser.

When the work is done, a job or every visit on a round becomes an invoice with VAT per line, discounts and payment terms. Payments are recorded as they arrive, and outstanding balances are easy to see.

Owner, office and field roles decide what each person can see and change.

Free covers one person and 30 visits a month. Pro costs £19 a month and adds unlimited visits, repeating rounds and up to 5 people. Business costs £49 a month and removes the limit on people.
