# EasySign

Signatures are valid under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Documents are stored in AWS Cape Town, not offshore, which answers the data residency question before it is asked. The company behind it is a registered South African company with a local phone number and a POPIA-compliant privacy notice naming every sub-processor.

Each completed document carries a certificate of completion: signer identity, timestamp, IP address, device, and the verification steps passed, sealed to the file with a SHA-256 hash that detects any later alteration. Signer identity can be strengthened with a one-time PIN sent by email.

Administration is handled with roles and permissions, a full activity log, CSV export and an audit trail you can hand to an auditor.

The plan you choose decides your monthly document allowance, how many users you have, and which of the heavier features are switched on.

Annual billing is ten months for twelve. Extra users are R49 each a month on any plan. Prices are in South African rands and exclude nothing - we are not VAT registered, so what you see is what you pay.
