> HealthLink is a cloud-based medical solution for small and midsize clinics, laboratories, retail pharmacies and independent practitioners. Key features include patient registration, appointment management, referral reports as well as inventory and stock management.


The solution allows users to set up a virtual clinic to connect with other healthcare providers and share selected medical records with them. Support for electronic health records includes consultation notes, in-patient case-sheets, discharge summary, consent letters and referral forms. HealthLink allows practitioners to mark their unavailability for a time slot to disallow appointment booking. Patient check-ins, payments and balances can be tracked against each appointment and billing.


Medical records can be generated just by selecting patient name and ailment. By way of Straight-Through Prescriptions (STP) available in HealthLink, practitioners can instantly transmit prescription orders to network pharmacies, who can generate the sales bill pertaining to the order. 


The solution is available on a monthly or yearly subscription basis and support is provided via phone and email.
