Their onboarding tutorial made things easy to setup and I was able to quickly grasp their analytics tools due to the available documentation. I think the formatting also works slightly better for things like columns because there was no glitching. I also find that this platform is slightly more cost effective compared to some of it's competitors I have used before. > > **Cons**: The only issue I have noticed so far is that sometimes the fonts seem to glitch when saving because I chose a font but ended up changing one section to something else and despite saying "saved" my changes did not appear correctly when I sent the newsletter, despite looking correct in the preview before sending. Their support team is quite helpful and responsive. It's my understanding that they will actually take feedback and suggestions and consider implementing them, which is reassuring and beneficial. It's not just a "thanks for the feedback"; they actually seem to consider it for the betterment of their consumer experience. Cyberimpact also allows you to set up teams under an admin account, which is helpful in our organization. We have a few units who run their own newsletters but they are not communicators, so it's nice to have the opportunity to build out templates for them and let them populate them. I also appreciate Cyberimpact's payment structure. It's flexible depending on the number of contacts (more contacts = higher price). We cut our list down in the summer, so we get some cost savings by doing so. > > **Cons**: I find Cyberimpact extremely finicky and annoying to use in terms of building out emails. The drag and drop content blocks can be cumbersome if you have long sections. I wish there was a better way to edit content and copy; it feels more monotonous than it needs to be. I also wish you could save a complete draft, email, subject line, preview, the whole shebang. Currently you can only save the email body, and then the subject/preview are added once it's about to be sent.
