> **Pros**: The pricing is very affordable and a free trial is available which is helpful to test it out and see if its the right fit\! Our clients have commented on how they enjoy the reminders which are available in both text and email. Confirmations are done quick and easy making more time for front end staff. It also has a mobile app available which is handy for on the go, I'm not stuck to a computer. Customer support is most excellent when in need.

> **Pros**: Does most of the basic features needed.   Inconsistency between PC, iPAD and Cell interfaces is maddening.  Have to trains employees on which device to use to perform functions.  Most notable is the Membership which can only be managed from a cell or iPAD

> **Cons**: Software updates are random and without notice.  There should be announcements for new features and updates.  There needs to be better help for new features.  I cannot generate a report on the sale of Services.

> **Pros**: For the most part, DaySmart Spa is simplistic to use and pretty user-friendly.  There are so many features that are helpful from online scheduling, appt reminders, entering staff schedules, using multiple rooms, payroll, reports, maintaining and tracking inventory for selling products, easy checkout process.

> **Cons**: It would be really nice if there was some way to be able to add a shopping cart to the website for those who would like to order products for the website or a link to add to a website that may be built by a web designer.  The USB credit card reader didn't last long, however the software does allow you to enter directly into the clients ticket.  You just have to make sure you actually go through process to run a card as it can be missed.

> I love Daysmart.  It is quite intuitive and less complicated than other software that I have used in the past and paid more.  When there are questions, customer service is friendly and they resolve the issue.
