About Menumiz

Menumiz is a cloud-based restaurant management solution. Key features allow users to create a digital menu, take self-service orders, send kitchen instructions and accept payments. Digital menus can include images, videos, prices as well as ratings and previous customer experience for a particular dish. Users can choose and update active menus such as lunch or dinner and customers can access these active menus by scanning a QR code. The solution offers a customized landing pages in the app with details about the restaurant’s business and its facilities such as parking and free Wi-Fi. Customers can communicate directly from the app to customer service. The accounting module of Menumiz provides information about transactions including discounts, tips, taxes, VATs and service charges. The solution integrates with Google Maps and Google Cloud Printing. Native Android and iOS applications are available. The solution is available on a subscription basis and support is provided via call, email, ticketing, and chat.

Menumiz is wonderful

there was a chance we close our business due to costs .... we hope by using this new system , we could survive ... and it seems so, we could reduce costs and at the same time increase the efficiency of our team.

Pros

It has all the features and service we need under one PSO and we pay just once .... they say that menumiz is going to add online booking , online delivery and on the go order inclusive in its subscription! we are paying over 25% to Ubereats ...or we are paying 6% to Skip now.... these are restaurant sharks.

I love Menumiz is it is very affordable and provides you with quality services and features

in three weeks no problem so far and it seems no thing will go wrong....

It is fantastic

this is 3 weeks we have switched to Menumiz and so far we are enjoying it... even though this is a new company, but they are doing well and very professionally ... Menumiz is really wonderful

Pros

simplicity and integration it has for all modules and features, also the idea of waiter-free POS is very important to save some money on wages

Cons

the fact that you have to ask the customers to install an app....still not a popular app, I wish Menumiz gave 5$ gift card to whoever installs it, then millions will install the app

Pros

The app is easy to use especially for those who don't want to talk a lot with the waiters

Not much but it would be better if they I.prove the way we scan codes

Pros

Having access to a lot of restaurant 's menu , you can compare and choose where to go. You choose, order and pay by your mobile device , no need to stay in long lines.

Cons

you should always access internet to use the application.
