Great for Account Executives
It's a consistent add to my sales process, making it easy for me to find time to meet with prospects.
Pros
The ease my prospects can use my calendar to schedule and reschedule meetings is the most important functionality of any tool. I can give them ways to book by adding a clickable calendar in the body of the email or by coming to a booking page.
Cons
Leadership seems to be using another tool for weblead booking. It does create an inconsistency, but I'm not part of that decision. But we fought to keep calendly for our personal scheduling.

Calendly: Stands out from the rest.
Setup automated reminders, follow-ups and agenda templates to keep meetings on track and focused. Calendly encourages our teams to utilize features like meeting recordings and transcriptions for better documentation and accountability.
Pros
Time being the most valuable resource, Calendly automates work processes and achieves results with minimal investment of money, effort and human resources. Another best practice is to customize the platform to match our team's specific needs.
Cons
Setup requires assistance from a professional. It is a long process which makes it look a little cumbersome.

Wrong time zone
Awful. Cheap. Doesn't work. My kid would program a better app.
Pros
I tried to type nothing but Calendly is requiring a longer response in order to submit my review. What I like the most is that I can cancel this garbage.
Cons
I set up the event to schedule appointments in the Pacific time zone. I tested it and scheduled a 8:30 appt. I was sent an email for 4:30 UTC time zone. No customer service. AI Bot hell. Finally a human on chat. Needed a pic of the email that was sent. After I sent the pic, the chat was disconnected. This is total garbage. I wouldn't trust new leads with this crap. Helllll Nah

Calendly: The Stress Free Scheduling Assistant You Didn't Know You Needed!
My experience with Calendly has been smooth and stress free, like having a personal assistant that handles all the annoying scheduling back and forth for me. It’s got this super clean, easy to use vibe that makes setting up meetings as easy as sharing a link. Instead of juggling emails just to find a time that works for everyone, I send out my Calendly link, and people book based on my availability game changer!
The integrations with my calendar and video apps like Zoom are clutch, too. I can count on Calendly to auto update whenever I add new meetings or block off personal time. And the team scheduling options? Seriously a lifesaver. For group projects or client work, Calendly’s round robin feature and other team tools take the hassle out of coordinating between different schedules.
Sure, there are a few things I’d love to see improved like more customization for the booking page and more affordable team plans but overall, Calendly keeps my schedule organized and my time freed up. No doubt, it’s one of those tools that, once you get the hang of it, you don’t want to live without.
Pros
What I like most about Calendly is its simplicity and time saving capabilities. The platform’s user friendly design makes setting up and managing schedules incredibly easy, even for those who aren’t tech savvy. It’s very convenient to send someone a scheduling link that reflects my real time availability, which removes the hassle of back and forth emails to find a suitable meeting time.
Cons
What I liked least about Calendly primarily revolves around its limitations on the free plan and pricing structure for larger teams. The free version is quite basic, so to access key features like reminders, integrations, and customization, you pretty much have to upgrade. This makes the free version feel a bit limited for professionals who may only need a couple of advanced features.

Calendly just makes sense
Calendly was my go to when I first needed a scheduler; it is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of recommending a scheduling platform. The fact that it integrates with other softwares makes it everything you need
Pros
Calendly has nothing to complain about. You can create an appointment scheduler and publish it wherever anybody might want to make an appointment with you; it send a confirmation and integrates with calendars
Cons
I guess the scheduling page could be more sophisticated. It requires you to put a phone and email but some people refuse to share certain information or worry about scammers.
