I was able to easily create the diagram and find the icons that were perfect for my purposes. SmartDraw anticipated the features I needed, which helped reduce the time I spent completing my project. The tutorials and help engine also helped me visualize my end-product more easily. I am now using SmartDraw to build a Gantt chart to help me manage my project.
