Field Register is for CRM administrators and privacy managers, often working with a DPO, who must document what personal data sits in the CRM and decide what can be used for analytics or model projects.
The problem
A CRM accumulates hundreds of custom fields over the years. The field list exists, but it has no column that says what each field is under privacy law, how long it should be kept, or whether it can be fed into an analysis model. Building that by hand takes weeks, and data-discovery tools usually need to scan every system first.
How it works
Step one: paste the field list from your CRM's setup or fields screen, as object, field and type, or just names. A records export with a header row also works and is read for fill rates, and the values can overrule a misleading field name. Step two: each field is matched against a published dictionary of what CRM fields hold and classified for personal data, special category or confidential status, the lawful basis usually relied on, a retention rule, and a verdict for analytics use. Step three: per object, you receive a draft record of processing, the gaps to close before an analytics project starts, and the controls the register is evidence for, with the artefacts an auditor accepts.

Obligations are drawn from GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and ISO/IEC 27701, read clause by clause against the held text and stated in the publisher's own words with a citation. Where a regime is not held in full, the page names the obligation rather than stating it.
What it does not do
It does not scan your systems, does not read your records unless you paste an export, and never rules on you. Fields it cannot identify are flagged for a person to review.
