> **Pros**: It's such a user-friendly, easy to use ATS, that no previous training was needed before starting to use it, but it still have all the features from a career portal to all the application steps and more. I would almost say that hiring feels like fun with it.

> **Cons**: Can't really say, it really makes such a difference. And whenever I needed help with customizing the software their support was there to help me out.
