About GageList

GageList is a cloud-based calibration management solution that allows business to maintain gages and tool calibrations. GageList is able to support compliance for 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, AS 9100, API Q1 and other standards. With cloud functionality, companies can centralizes all gage and calibration records enabling users to access and edit this data for off-site locations. Users can view all active and inactive gages, scheduled calibrations and overdue calibrations, gage inventory, and account assignees from just a single dashboard. Pre-made templates allows users to add or edit gages in just a matter of minutes. GageList also provides an automatic email notification system to keep designated users updated on upcoming or over due calibrations. For data management, GageList allows users to import and export data on gages, calibrations, or software settings via csv or xls. This solution also offers a Data Migration service for business that require dedicated assistance with transferring large amounts of data from legacy systems. For on-the-go gage access, GageList provides a mobile app for iOS and Android devices. GageList is also able to provide support via an online knowledge base or through phone or email.

Flexible cal management and excellent support

Gagelist allows me to effortlessly manage our calibrated devices and one less thing I'm manually tracking for our ISO certification. Calibration isn't *fun*, but GageList definitely makes it *easy*!

Pros

GageList can be used for much more than just Gages. The platform is flexible enough to allow for creation and maintenance of non gage devices. We track multimeters, safety analyzers and soldering equipment. GageList allows us to create our own OEM information for each device and track who it is assigned to. It's also AWESOME to walk through your facility with an auditor, have them address calibration and simply pull your phone out of your pocket to show them devices, cal certs and locations of devices.

Cons

Date management can be a challenge at times. Sometimes have to delete a device and recreate it if an error is made on date entered service or last calibrated. Initially had some errors with the out-of-cal reminder emails but seems to be resolved now.

So Far, So Good

It has been a positive experience to this point, no complaints here.

Pros

When comparing with other Calibration Management Systems, I liked the pricing, cloud-based storage, and ability to be utilized by multiple personnel.

Cons

At this point I haven't really found any major problems with the software. There are things that could flow a little easier, or be more instinctual to access.

Pros

It helps recall my calibrated equipment.

Cons

It's not tailored to my type of business. It is too slow to enter data.

Polish your work with GageList. Satisfying performance.

Professional, neat and timely outcomes. GageList offers an excellent performance.

Pros

Very accurate performance. I give it all the credit for a clean and well organized dashboard. Customization was not an issue for us. User friendly software with very affordable subscriptions. Setting up and automation is a big achievement. Try GageList.

Cons

Everything about GageList is satisfying. It works perfectly for us and I cannot challenge any of the features. Am happy.

stress reliever

the major problem we had is keeping track of the gages and certificates. we recently had a ransomware interruption and we lost all of our inhouse data, the benefit of having an offsite data base is very beneficial. once you start using GageList it is a little overwhelming, but it gets much easier as you get accustom to all of the resources it has.

Pros

my main goal was to find something that provided alerts and notification automatically as well as a barcoding system for traceability.

Cons

when trying to print labels for the gages is a little difficult, ex. choosing different sizes and ability to manipulate the body of the label.
