> Fusion offers a fully integrated correctional EHR solution that includes clinical and behavioral health content, electronic medication administration record (eMAR), electronic dental record (eDental), infirmary management and numerous other features and clinical documentation tools. The EHR comes equipped with over 2,300 corrections-specific encounter templates of various specialty and subspecialty clinical workflows. Fusion manages over 250,000 inmates in over 200 correctional facilities throughout the US ranging in size from single-member practices to large institutions with multiple clinics.


The EHR increases operational efficiencies for inpatient and outpatient services including but not limited to annual exams/initial intake screenings, clinic visits, chronic disease monitoring, telemedicine, vaccine records, sick call triage, medication administration, mental health and discharge planning for inmates. It also possesses a robust reporting environment that provides real time data to enable effective decision making throughout the organization.


The EHR offers powerful interoperability and imports and exports data using HL7-compliant inbound and outbound data exchange with third-party systems such as jail management system (JMS), pharmacy, lab, radiology, health information exchange (HIE), and hospital EHR systems.


The EHR can be deployed as a client-hosted or cloud solution. It works on most tablets and laptops, is compatible with all browsers, and is HIPAA compliant.
