Great CRM to work in!
Overall the experience is great so far! Hopefully it will develop with the time and will show a good level of development in the future, especially from the User Interface Perspective.
Pros
The Interface, UI and UX looks smooth and all on point.
The possibility of doing and seeing pretty much everything regarding the lead history and the details of communication with him as well.
I pretty like fonts and the main page where you can pin your dealers dashboard!
Cons
Sometimes the load speeds with the VPN set up for USA server is dropping pretty significantly and you have to wait around 4 to 5 secs to see the actual window you are pressing at the moment and which you are actually trying to access.
I feel like the customer information sometimes is not located in the places I want it to see. For example, the ZIP code and the customers location is located in the "Credit App" section for some reason, which I couldn't find when I first launched this CRM.

My overall experience was hassle-free. And very convenient for all my needs.
Pros
Easy access to all portals. Love how easy it is to find all my clients and the way it adds information.
Cons
Sometimes the system glitches. Sometimes I cannot see the Experian credit reports or the status of clients is not accurate.p

DECENT FOR THE MONEY BUT THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS
Pros
ROBUST SYSTEM FOR THE PRICE. EASY INTEGRATIONS.
Cons
IT'S UPDATED REGULARLY AND THINGS CHANGE TO MAKE IT "BETTER" BUT IT'S LESS AND LESS USER FRIENDLY. IT GETS MORE BUGS IN IT AND OPERATES SLOWER. AS THEY TRY TO IMPROVE IT, THE USABILITY AND FUNCTIONALITY DECREASES

I've used DC for over two years and I've been very satisfied with my experience.

Cons
Overseas tech support can be a little challenging at times... yet usually it works out fine.
