You don't need to login to view the reports. Customised dashboards helps to present data with actionable insights. 90% of the sentiment analysis provided by the tool on social media post analysis is authentic compared to any other listening tool available. Analysis of Instagram stories is really good. Analysis of posts and insights gathered from competitor social media channels is really commendable. Instant support from Konnect Insights customer service team. Details mentioned in the graphs are detailed and each graph is clickable for more information. It has also launched social media command centre recently and now we love it more. Overall the tool has never disappointed me ever since I started using it.
