Best Clinic Software 10/10 Recommendation
Jane is invaluable to my business. My clients can book on line with ease. I can build their client profiles, chart, keep track of billing and print out a multitude of reports all very easily. I look forward to each new feature or update that jane keeps coming out with.
Pros
I love how easy and intuitive Jane is when learning new aspects of the software. The customer service support staff are very quick to help problem solve or send you in the right direction. Jane university is incredibly helpful when trying to problem solve your self or learn new aspects of the software. The integration with Telus has saved so much time for me daily, it really adds up. I also love the ability to use Jane payments so clients can use credit cards to pay.
Cons
I wish there was an option to keep canceled appointments viewable in your schedule. Maybe similar to the wait list feature. You just click on it and it pops up to show you the clients that canceled that day.

I have some good news - there is a way to view canceled appointments in your schedule. Just navigate to the Schedule and select the little wheel in the bottom right-hand corner. Go ahead and click the toggle beside "Canceled" and voila! You can turn it on and off as needed :)

Great for a large Clinic
A great intuitive program that is constantly improving and has excellent support. Better suited for more public-facing operations, as opposed to smaller practices that need more control over their bookings.
Pros
It's beautiful, Canadian, and many businesses use Jane, making it easy for customers to use.
Cons
It makes it very difficult to limit your day. I had to remove my online availability completely and book all of my appointments manually due to the lack of control online in this regard.

Noterro's interface was instantly unappealing; though I wish I'd looked into it further. Wellness Living did not offer the services required for record keeping for Massage Therapists. This is not a software solution for a US based insurance billing practice.
Frustrating.
Pros
If you are a low volume cash based practice, you don't plan on billing US insurance, then it's fine. If not, please take my advice and avoid Jane.
Cons
We are a small US based practice and bill Medicare (40%), some insurance (20%) and the rest cash. Initially I asked my billing service to take on Jane's Insurance billing, and after a week of them investigating the software and getting their questions answered by Jane support they opted out saying it was not capable of doing US Insurance billing in a timely & cost effective manner. I should have listened.
Instead of taking my billers advice I decided to have my front desk person, who has done billing for over 10 years, take a shot at using Jane for our insurance billing. After months of her working on Jane billing, multiple cases and support escalations, emails, phone calls, and even trying to get the owner involved.. we have given up.
Jane support is always pleasant and courteous, but they generally have no answer for the glaring billing issues that make their software worth using for Insurance billing besides saying "we are working on it for the next release" or "why don't you post that to the suggestion feature request".
I'm currently looking for a replacement.

Great support and experience
Great, I'm slowly learning. As my practice evolve I'll be able to speak more about my experience.
Pros
The support is amazing! All Jane representative I have spoke with we knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, and so useful! The platform looks professional and overall user friendly.
Cons
The French features. My practice is bilingual so I find it a little harder to navigate between the 2 languages.For example: I have chose my platform in English but I'd like to share etc "how to book an appointment" video to my English and French clientèle but didn't seem to be able to find the French version of it.
I also teach yoga and workshops so I sell packages. At this time people who purchase packages can't sign up for more than 1 session. It simply adds up to the work "behind the scene". Just a constructive comments.

Finally found the perfect EHR system for my solo practice.
Excellent all around. I went through a few competitive EHR systems prior to using Jane and Jane excelled at all the common features and offered many more features that made my solo practice run super smooth. Patients always complimented the interface with the reminders, receipts, scheduling, etc. Never experienced any glitches.
Pros
Everything! It's a well thought out software, with an excellent user interface for both practitioner and patients.
Cons
Getting set up seemed complicated and the process took some time. Once done however it was time well worth investing since once I was up and running, never had any issues and everything ran smooth.
