> **Pros**: Before Raydiant, we had to climb a lot of ladders to change out content or connect HDMI cords. Raydiant gives us the ability to change content on the fly and remotely. It also allows us to do our trivia nights across 15 different devices.

> **Cons**: It does have some glitches occasionally, specifically with disconnecting from the network. We have to manually go in and reboot, but it's rare and the benefits far outweigh the costs.

> Overall, Raydiant has been a lifesaver. Their support is above par. I'm not saying things don't go wrong sometimes, but they are always available to help and they will not stop until it is resolved.
