Simple & streamlined Telehealth product
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was very helpful when introducing me to the program. They have been responsive to incorporating new features and sounds like more new features and updates are coming.
Pros
There was no learning curve, straightforward, and easy to use. My patients have been satisfied with the program as well.
Cons
I have no big complaints. I would like to have a little more time to log on before the patient logs on.

The other programs had more features than I wanted or needed. I was happy with my trial period. It went well in terms of patients' ease of use and I appreciated the video clarity.Response from Mediportal
