Tempus includes a range of proprietary and differentiating capabilities like advanced what-if analysis and scenario planning capabilities, bulk project and bulk resource forecasting with multiuser, concurrent access. Organizations can choose how they wish to plan their resources as Tempus supports hours, cost, FTE, FTE % and mandays-based resource forecasting.


Tempus also includes a range of project and project portfolio capabilities such as project intake, project financials, milestone planning, comprehensive snapshotting, resource request workflows, as well as project actuals and timesheets for the capture of actuals. Tempus also includes built-in report writers and dashboard authoring tools as well as connectors to various external applications for reporting and analysis.
