One-Stop-Shop for All Things Project Management
It's been great for allowing our team to keep track of work and then easily duplicate projects we do all the time. We've gotten a lot faster with many tasks because of Workfront. As a project manager for a content marketing team, I just love it!
Pros
It is so great to have a one-stop-shop for all projects, that's easy to search on. Plus, it's amazing that the person who is up next with a task, gets an alert that they can start.
Cons
Manging sharing permissions of docs and project access can be a bit cumbersome at first but gets easier as you learn the system more.

Takes some time to get used to
Overall, it’s okay. There are some really great qualities to Workfront, it can just be hard to figure out and not super intuitive.
Pros
I like the ability to upload documents and collaborate on the documents themselves.
Cons
It feels like something is always wrong with something on Workfront. Sometimes it will stop uploading documents randomly and I have to restart my computer to get it to work again. There are many other instances like that where I have to find work arounds to make Workfront function the way I expect it to.

A Powerful Project Management Tool for Designers
Overall a powerful solution for managing design projects, with excellent task tracking, communication, and collaboration features. However, its complexity might be overkill for smaller-scale design workflows or solo designers.
Pros
This is an excellent project management tool for graphic designers, offering a streamlined interface for managing complex design workflows, setting deadlines, and collaborating with teams across different stages of a project. Its integration with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools makes it easy to access and share design assets without disrupting creative processes.

Adobe Workfront
In general, there is a lot of engagement with Adobe Workfront. Customers appreciate the executive's highlights, such as task following, asset management, and coordinated effort tools, as well as the stage's ambitious endeavor. The ability to adapt work procedures and include task-related activities is frequently regarded as a major benefit. We see it as an important tool for streamlining the project and the executive's processes and enhancing group productivity, even though there may be an expectation to learn and adapt specific to the stage.
Pros
For the teams I work on at my organization, moving from four distinct platforms—ServiceNow, Excel, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project—to one platform has been a lifesaver when it comes to project intake, planning, and execution. We developed our own workflows, taught our submitters on a single system, and subsequently trained our PMs on the same system. One benefit I really enjoy is that we may add new features and modifications at any time.
Cons
It does take some getting used to the program. In order to become familiar with the terminology (tasks vs. projects, dashboards, and reports), a significant amount of onboarding typically occurs. From the standpoint of my team, we utilized our onboarding sessions to personalize dashboards for each team member. Both the designers' and copywriters' dashboards are separate. Thus, even while the intricacy is a drawback, there is a lot of room for additional customization.

Less time more work finished
This tool's reporting feature is fantastic, and it's also quite simple to create. It may search all projects using particular keywords, such the vendor name, product name, or brand that my marketing team is attempting to promote.Because of this tool's outstanding customer service, easy-to-use interface, and manageability, I heartily recommend it.
Pros
Workfront facilitates the creation, delegation, prioritization, and seamless delivery of projects, ultimately leading to increased productivity. To put it briefly, it simplifies work and project administration."
Cons
Report generation in Workfront can be a challenging effort for developers at times, since there are instances where building a report requires access to non-existent objects and instances where applying a filter yields inaccurate results, necessitating assistance from Adobe Fusion.

Review about adobe workfront
I use workfront on a day to day basis with my teams to touch base on the status of projects and hours we have billed to tasks
Pros
Integrations are great, and the calendar capability was really helpful for us in communicating externally what our team was working on.

Makes it easy to manage workflow and improve efficiency
Adobe Workfront is indispensable when you get used to it. We use it to assign tasks, share important files, and collaborate to deliver the results within the deadline. It is easy to use once you get used to the interface and features.
Pros
Adobe Workfront provides a platform to create a project, share tasks, assign resources, communicate, and monitor progress. This improves productivity and ensures my team delivers within the set deadline. It is easy to know who is doing a certain task and leave a comment or share files they need to complete the task. I also like customization features, which allow us to display what is important based on the project at hand.
Cons
New users always find it challenging at first due to the learning curve but later appreciate it when they get used to Adobe Workfront. The user interface needs attention to make new users like it and immediately get the hang of it. I also feel like the price is relatively high.

Managing All the Work - Using Workfront
Workfront is a product I still recommend to this day. And I started using it 10 years ago! It's intuitive in design, robust in the scope of work it can manage and organize, and allows for teams, such as national ones, to increase their productivity, clarity and understanding of work's purpose.
Pros
When I first started working at Advance Auto Parts, there was no project management system in place for the eCommerce team. At first, we used SharePoint, but after a year of getting by, we had a proper Workfront implementation and never looked back. We were Waterfall, not Agile, in our project management process; and while Workfront has enhanced their Agile capabilities over the years, it simplified our work management overnight. With our team spread out between California, Minnesota and North Carolina, real-time updates and ease of use for the tool was critical. Workfront delivered both. Thanks to that tool, I was the only project manager on staff for a good while and remained able to manage the entire flow.
Cons
As we expanded and sought to do more robust reporting, there was resistance to using what was generated, or could be screen-captured from Workfront vs. the fixed mindset of using PowerPoint. Having more dynamic imagery in the project report-outs would have been of benefit.

My overall experience has been positive, particularly when managing complex projects across larger teams. The ability to integrate seamlessly with other Adobe products is convenient , especially for creative teams.
However, the reporting tools are useful, though they could offer more flexibility for customization.

All your software in one space!
Adobe Workfront overall has made things much easier and more efficient because it actually connects to all the software that we currently use in our department. It's very effective to be able to log into Adobe Workfront and have all of the most important application applications I use multiple times per day in one place.
Pros
I love the ability to create BOLD, colorful charts, calendars, schedules, timelines etc. For whatever reason my team currently seems to respond best to visuals that are in bold like writing and have bright colors! This is perfect software in order to create all of those things!
Cons
It's taken me a while to get the hang of things. For some of the staff who have been around a long time, this software appears to intimidate them in someway because it does look very complicated when you first maneuver it.

Workfront is a great project management system for our team
By organizing and tracking our project activities, we can see how the workflow impacts the timing of individual tasks, which is a problem that Workfront helps us tackle.
Pros

Efficient productivity
As a user of several project management tools, I was pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness it provides to comprehensively manage multi-functional teams and projects with multiple deliverables. Its scalability allowed me to adapt it to changing and increasing management complexity needs. The friendly interface added to the large number of reports and metrics available provide visibility at all times on the progress status. Without a doubt, it is an excellent solution for any organization that requires managing project portfolios in a simple but powerful way
Pros
What I liked most about Adobe Workfront was its simple and intuitive interface. It allows you to clearly view and manage all projects, tasks and resources comprehensively on a single platform. Its carefully designed interface makes the learning curve very low, allowing any user to start using its powerful management tools in no time
Cons
What I liked least was some limitations in advanced customization of views and panels. Although by default it comes with configurations that allow you to functionally view the information, for larger and more complex projects I needed to make some customizations that I could not easily specify from the interface. This required support from the support team on some occasions

Workfront helps us make projects more efficient
We can quickly and easily generate reports that are informative and easy to read thanks to the reporting tools. Workfront is a crucial component of our company's workflow, and it comes with outstanding support from knowledgeable experts whenever we have questions or concerns.
Pros
We really like how Workfront simplifies project creation because to its intuitive UI, portability across platforms, and task-setting flexibility. It automatically refreshes all of the data, so we can view the most recent updates to team projects at any moment.
Cons
Sometimes Workfront's capabilities fall short of what I need, and that makes me frustrated. As an added complication, overlapping task deadlines might make it look like a project is falling behind schedule when, in reality, it is just running a little behind schedule.
