One-Stop-Shop for All Things Project Management

It's been great for allowing our team to keep track of work and then easily duplicate projects we do all the time. We've gotten a lot faster with many tasks because of Workfront. As a project manager for a content marketing team, I just love it!

Pros

It is so great to have a one-stop-shop for all projects, that's easy to search on. Plus, it's amazing that the person who is up next with a task, gets an alert that they can start.

Cons

Manging sharing permissions of docs and project access can be a bit cumbersome at first but gets easier as you learn the system more.

Reasons for Choosing Adobe Workfront

We were using a tool built to manage software development projects, not marketing projects.

Workfront is a Top Tier Project Management Platform

Overall, a very powerful platform with the most customization options I've ever seen in a project management software.

Pros

User friendly, integrates with OneDrive, and beautiful, intuitive design.

Cons

No dark mode and you can't paste images in updates or in proof comments.

Takes some time to get used to

Overall, it’s okay. There are some really great qualities to Workfront, it can just be hard to figure out and not super intuitive.

Pros

I like the ability to upload documents and collaborate on the documents themselves.

Cons

It feels like something is always wrong with something on Workfront. Sometimes it will stop uploading documents randomly and I have to restart my computer to get it to work again. There are many other instances like that where I have to find work arounds to make Workfront function the way I expect it to.

Not the best, but not everyone can be and better than average is still good

Overall, this is not the best management software; but it still is near the top and I have for sure used worse

Pros

It was seamless in waterfall style planning and execution, plus its ability to assign work was awesome

Cons

We had difficult in sharing out our plans with our customers, due to the inability to hide some comments/activities from our customers

All in one Shared Efficient Platform

Pros

It provides an integrated shared platform, which helps users view and edit Outlook and team files through a single platform. It's easy to use and also user-friendly. Although it does not have a free plan, I recommend people buy it as it's totally worth the cost.

Cons

The cost of buying the plans is quite expensive especially for third-world countries of Asia and Africa. As these areas have a large number of potential customers. It is better if, cost can be decreased
