Le plan des surfaces me permet rapidement de visualiser le statut des mes box. Le "chat" très réactif est rassurant pour un éventuel problème rencontré evitant ainsi une trop longue assistance à distance.

L'interface est vraiment très lisible et les améliorations de l'outil faites suite à nos remarques sont vraiment un plus à chaque fois.
La possibilité de chatter en direct dès qu'un souci est rencontré.
