> **Pros**: What is unique about RezClick is that it provides an easy to read calendar page. It helps a lot to have a calendar with an emphasis on visuals , rather than the standard text only reservation systems. 
You can use either of the mobile or desktop versions to display all your events on one page. 
The customer service is fantastic, with prompt response, and genuine concern for the system to work well.   It has been five years that we have been using RezClick for customer registration, and we are not planning to go anywhere else.

> **Cons**: Customer email writer is clunky. Would like to segment customer list so it's easier to promote certain classes. Pricey.

> Have had Rezclick for years and it is totally reliable, although it's beginning to look outdated and there's limited flexibility with the customer communications/email component. Would like to see an app where customers can check for classes quickly.  Really easy to train staff. Customer support is responsive and thorough.

> **Cons**: Clunky email system and CRM , photo management is complex. Given the cost of other cloud-based software, Rezclick is pretty pricey but we haven't found anything close to matching this product.
