The budget report can then be shared with the customer for in-app review and approval. Customers can also and select project details such as paint color and view current selections and costs through a customer portal. With a centralized dashboard, ProBuilder is able to track real-time project financials and scheduling as well as open tasks and daily logs. Users can manage project financials by tracking purchase orders, budget items, change orders, and invoices, and with Quickbooks integration, transactions and payables can easily be exported to Quickbooks for financial book-keeping. ProBuilder also allows users to build customizable schedules to keep track of every project phase for in-depth management of purchase orders and tasks.
