Any questions get answered quickly and if by some chance, they don't know the answer, they get back to you in a timely manner. Automation is easy to do as well. The steps are straightforward and it is a simple process to automate functions within the CRM. Couple this with the low pricing and you get get bang for your buck. It would also be huge to allow for calculated fields and global constants in the price list.
