My team also enjoys the chat function as we are able to help more patients with less interruption (ex. the chat feature makes it very easy to explain billing, answer questions, and transmit documents to patients.) Once all implementation is complete, the "fine-tuning" available via templates allows us to manage our practice's statement messages with ease.
