Simple and very useful
The interface its very simple and atractive, maybe the feedback from the clients could be connected to my business software, but maybe later, finally, I think it is a very effective way to keep financial and operational information in a very organized and complete way, totally recommended.
Pros
I think that the feature that its most valuable for me its about impact is the practical way of organizing tasks, as CEO of my agency it is important for me to organize all my workers, we have tried the trial and it has been simply and fantastic experience, the interface its very simple and keep the data form my work in the way that i need, totally recomended.
Cons
Nothing in particular, im still working with the trial version, everything its ok.

Review from set up to current use.
Its provided us with an effective method to capture our social value activity against metrics. Allows us to be responsive to various clients requirements.
Pros
It's flexibility, the ability to apply and report different metrics and respond to different client needs. Visibility via the dashboard - RAG against activities based on project progress. Goal setting & ability to pull that information at the click of a button.
Cons
As with any new tool there is a level of development required, as a whole the team have been really reactive to our needs but there was a lull during a period of staff changes which was frustrating. There are still tweaks to be done but the tool is evolving & improving.

As the Assistant Sustainability Manager at The Hill Group, the collection and analysis of quantitative data holds significant importance in our work! Impact Reporting has become an invaluable tool for our team, enabling us to measure and enhance our environmental performance across a whole range of activities for numerous project. It facilitates the efficient gathering of plot specific information while allowing us to effectively review and assess quantitative data, either project by project or at Group Level. Additionally, it has played a pivotal role in our NextGeneration sustainability benchmark score by enabling us to monitor progress, establish targets, and drive continuous improvement. The integration of charts and graphs within the system offers a visually appealing and informative platform for comparing performance across different projects and regions. This aids in decision-making processes and helps us identify areas where improvements can be made.
Cons
It would be great if Impact Reporting could link to other reporting software, like SMARTWaste for example, which would be more time efficient and increase our social value added. Although the bulk uploading feature is useful, it is still quite confusing for our data inputters! It would be a massive help if there was any way to drop down different plots on one activity entry, rather than uploading plot by plot data.

Impact first 6 month of use
“We have been using Impact reporting software for a number of months now. The system allow us to track social value progress as a group, by project or region. We are able to capture social, environment and procurement data and convert into monetary value as well as track against business and project goals. The customer care has been second to none. Iwan is very knowledgeable and is always on hand to support with any questions we may have. This software has been a real game for us as users and for our business as a whole.
