Reliable partner with strong technical expertise
Pros
Navigine has been a great software partner, and our collaboration has always been straightforward and effective. Their RTLS platform works well with our devices, and communication with the team is always fast, clear, and supportive. They’re knowledgeable, easy to collaborate with, and committed to building long-term partnerships.
Cons
Honestly, there was very little to dislike about Navigine. Our overall experience has been positive, as their platform is stable, accurate, and well-documented.

Great Customer Support and Developer-Friendly SDK
We purchased 10 BLE devices for driver localization. Initially, it was difficult to set up — even with the documentation, we couldn’t allocate beacon IDs correctly, which caused frustration.
However, after working closely with [sensitive content hidden], who was very responsive and patient, we managed to resolve the beacon ID issues, reduce latency, and successfully build the indoor maps.
Thanks to his help, we made significant progress, and our overall experience has become much more positive.
Pros
The customer support and patient guidance were excellent. Navigine also provides an Android SDK that’s very convenient for developers to integrate into their apps.
In particular, [sensitive content hidden] has been extremely helpful and patient, solving many technical challenges for us step by step.
Cons
The main issues we experienced were high latency and lower localization accuracy, which sometimes affected the real-time positioning performance
