Jack of a all trades but focuses on sales and marketing.
Pros
Overall a complete CRM that is a jack of all trades but more specializes in marketing and sales. Over the last 5 years it's been pretty reliable.
Cons
Focuses more on the sales and marketing aspect instead of other modules like ticketing and support. This can cause support/ticket users to count towards your billable costs.

Very good for helping your small business get off the ground.
Overall I have no huge complaints and I find it's right for me. Once I grow a bit more I am going to definitely upgrade to a paid tier so I can use some of the additional features like Help Desk and Social Media Marketing.
Pros
It was really easy to sign up and get started. The price (free tier) is perfect for small business like mine. Tracking sales and customer interactions is a breeze.
Cons
The AI Integration is kind of annoying and I don[t find it works very well. Honestly it seems like something they threw in there just to keep up with other tech companies.

Still a good product
Hubspot has been a good CRM solution for us. I do feel like the support has gone downhill. It seems like there is a new consultant on our account every time I turn around, and they don't really provide much value.
Pros
I find it fairly user friendly and there are lots of integrations available. It is easy to segment lists for nurturing.
Cons
For us, it has been difficult to measure the ROI. Additionally, they have had a couple of price increases.

Hubspot for SMBs
Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for a $1m+ business that is looking to increase functionality in their business as it relates to customer service, lead acquisition and management, product delivery, taking payments, and more.
Pros
I love Hubspot's full functionality and integrations. It really is a "do it all" platform. If it's set up correctly, it's super easy to use and can do so much to help you manage your list, segment lists, collaborate with your team, set up automations, and more. The user experience is intuitive, especially if it's set up with proper UX design principles.
Cons
The least favorable aspect of Husbpot is the price. It's costly, but it's a premium product, with the option to purchase Hubs a-la-carte.
