Powerful and Intuitive CRM for Marketing Success
Overall, HubSpot CRM has been excellent—intuitive, powerful, and perfect for enhancing CRM messaging and marketing alignment.
Pros
Its intuitive interface and automation tools. It makes audience segmentation and personalized messaging seamless, boosting ou strategy and ROI.
Cons
What I like least about HubSpot CRM is the pricing, which can become expensive as your contact list grows, and that some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans.

The best CRM is the one you actually use.
It's easy to set up and use. The best CRM is the one you actually use, and HubSpot works well for me.
Pros
Robust and user-friendly CRM for organizations of all sizes. The problem with most CRM platforms is getting good data into the system. HubSpot makes it fast and easy to capture all relevant information, from emails to calls to meetings. I've used other CRMs in the past, and none have been as useful as HubSpot.
Cons
I have a small business, so the pricing works for me. However, for larger organizations that need multiple seats or higher levels of functionality, the subscription costs can get very expensive.
Reasons for Choosing HubSpot CRM
HubSpot has a more modern and updated interface that I felt was easier to use.Switched From

Great Product But Not Affordable for the average small/medium business
Great, except it is too expensive. There are other CRMs that are much more affordable.
Pros
All the big boy toys for the little guy.
Cons
The cost. Small and medium size businesses are priced out of the market.

Provider of last mile solutions
I have been using HubSpot for about two years, and it has met most of our company's needs. The environment is logically structured and flexible, and the high-quality guides are helpful. I have consistently followed product innovations and tried to implement them in my work. It is also very useful and convenient to learn through HubSpot Academia.
Pros
What I appreciated most is that the software encompasses the entire customer journey, from lead generation to customer service, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications.
Cons
Due to the specifics of our business, it is inconvenient to make Quotations in HubSpot because each of our offers is unique. This includes the prices of custom product layout (picture), product, software, follow-up service, and installation services, which differ by country.
Reasons for Choosing HubSpot CRM
Due to a lack of sequence management. We needed a better outbound management solution.Switched From

HubSpot CRM is our custom dream home - housing all of the essentials.
We are extremely satisfied with HubSpot. We are covered in so many ways with custom properties and features, automation, workflows, internal noting, task assignment and more!
Pros
Allows our firm to improve overall organization of our client details and associated business. It creates an efficient eco-system for all of the essentials!
Cons
Our team has appreciated so much of what the system offers. We have not encountered any items that we would particularly change, however only on a few accounts had we hoped to be able to speak with someone in support on call but it was not an option at the time.

HubSpot CRM is changing our business
It's very positive - it really is a wrap-around tool for someone who is in a sales and service role in a small business
Pros
There are new features being added all the time, the training is generally good!
Cons

Optimal solution for client management
Very positive. I can get all the information about my clients in one place and I can track all interactions over time.
Pros
User friendly. Easy to learn and incorporate to your daily tasks. Love that the clients can schedule calls in my calendar without contacting me and I get the notification on my phone.
Cons
I'm using the free version and it does not include fractures for automation and I cannot afford the paid version as my business is still under development.

A free option for small teams
Pros
We use the free version that is packed with robust features like contact management, email tracking, and a customizable sales pipeline, that makes the app accessible either to small teams like ours. The integration capabilities are a major highlight—we’ve seamlessly connected HubSpot with tools like Google Workspace, aweber, Wordpress website, etc., ensuring a smooth workflow.
Cons
While HubSpot CRM offers a strong set of features in its free tier, many of the more advanced tools, such as detailed reporting and automation workflows, are only available in the higher-priced plans. For a small team like ours, the cost of scaling to paid plans is expensive compared to other options.
The software has got tons of features and customization capabilities making hard to understand which are useful for small teams.

A Nightmare in SaaS: HubSpot's Sales Trap and Operational Chaos
Choosing HubSpot over Salesforce was one of the biggest, most damning decisions I've ever made for the growth of my company, Desygner, which boasts 40 million users. We initially moved to HubSpot due to a tempting 90% discount, but what seemed like a cost-saving choice turned into a nightmare that has plagued us for the past three years.
HubSpot's sales team is stellar at their job, perhaps the only good thing about them. Their ability to upsell and ensnare us into buying more and more was phenomenal. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The product itself is a disaster.
Buggy is an understatement. Confusing is far too kind. I love software, but this product makes me want to rip my hair out every time I use it. It’s so problematic and unreliable that my sales team flat-out refuses to use it. Despite investing over $150,000, the real cost isn’t just financial—it’s the lost opportunities and the mess this bloated, dysfunctional system has brought to our operations.
HubSpot’s constant upsells are infuriating. To get anything reasonable done, you’re pressured into buying more features. The product is bloated, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any business, especially if you have more than a few employees. Even then, why bother?
After enduring this chaos for three years, it’s time to escape. HubSpot was supposed to help us grow, but instead, it’s been a massive hindrance. If you value your sanity and business growth, steer clear of this nightmare.

Hubspot is the essential all-in-one system.
Professional. The whole experience is very proper with the integration team that teaches you how to use the system. We love Hubspot, it is our main core of our business now. It is where we track everything, get reports, and see how we can further track our leads, customers, and improve sales.
Pros
Hubspot is an all-in-one type of system. It not only connects to basically all programs and apps that you operate on, but it is very customizable for any business structure. It is simple to use & gives structure to our entire company - marketing, sales, and customer support.
Cons
It was a bit trucky to set up at first, to migrate everything across from our previous CRM. You have to do some custom mapping of fields, and we lost some customer notes, but the support team was very patient & helpful.

Best CRM lots of money can buy
Pros
HubSpot excels in many things, contact/company/deal creation and association, email marketing, and automation. HubSpot really shines once the "Workflow" features are activated. Users can create automation that are, quite literally, only limited by your imagination. For example, form submissions on your website can lead to automated emails, adding a contact to a list, a sales pipeline, or hundreds of other things!
Cons
Ease of use.
Employees require a decent amount of onboarding to use HubSpot, and as your database grows, can become quite overwhelming and confusing to new employees. There are so many features and details that if a company doesn't have proper documentation, new employees can make quite a few mistakes with their data quite easily.

Comprehensive CRM
My overall experience with HubSpot CRM has been positive. Despite the issues with documentation, the platform has significantly improved our customer relationship management and streamlined our sales and marketing processes. With a bit more focus on improving user guidance, HubSpot CRM could be an unbeatable tool in the CRM space.
Pros
What I liked most about HubSpot CRM is its all-in-one approach to managing sales, marketing, and customer service. The platform is intuitive and offers a wide range of features such as email tracking, lead scoring, and detailed analytics. The integration with other HubSpot tools and third-party applications is seamless, making it a versatile solution for businesses of all sizes.
Cons
What I liked least about HubSpot CRM is the poor documentation. It can be challenging to find detailed and up-to-date instructions or best practices for some of the more advanced features. It would be helpful to dedicate a team to review and maintain the documentation.

Cross Functional - A Company Necessity
I have utilized HubSpot within 2 different Organizations now, and have continued to learn how to better use the platform based on my needs, or position. With that to be said, I have worked in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments and have continued to use the platform - its cross functional, and a needed tool.
Pros
The ability to integrate within other platforms utilized within an Organization. This is incredibly helpful to prevent from having to create extra spreadsheets, or use mannyy different platforms to communicate efforts and work. I also greatly appreciate the pipeline features. HubSpot Knowledge base is also an incredible "upskilling" tool to take advantage of.
Cons
I do not feel that when you select "monthly" in a quote, or pipeline total, that it calculates accurately with 4.3 weeks in a month, so often times, HubSpot may reflect a smaller pipeline by a few hundred or thousands in comparison with actual pricing expectations.

Best online CRM tool for any size organizations
the company really needed a CRM system, as before we had none and the sales-pipeline follow-up was not centralized and controlled.
We also gave access to our distributros to allow them to work on their customers and make their sales follow-up.
Pros
What I like most about HubSpot CRM is its simplicity combined with powerful features. It's easy to set up and start to use right away, which makes it accessible for colleagues with little to no technical background. The visual sales pipeline is intuitive, allowing you to manage deals, track progress, and get a clear overview of sales activities at a glance.
It si easy to book meeting,s end pre-set emails, create tasks for others. Very very useful.
And I love the contact creation via the phone app. It is so easy and intelligent.
Cons
Eventhough you can set up quote templates and allows to set up the deals, it is not possible to set up a multi-step Quotation process flow that allows to select language, then select product, then subscription levels, service budget etc etc and at the end to have a quote ready to go.

Very simple-to-use system and great user experience
Overall, my experience has been great. I found Hubspot very easy to pick up and was using it daily after only an hour of playing around with the system. The UX is very good and simple with Hubspot. There's no bells and whistles but from a sales standpoint, it is a great system.
Pros
I really love the email function within Hubspot CRM. It is extremely easy to email multiple contacts from your customers. Managing and completing tasks is also great with Hubspot. Keeping track of files that are relevant to clients is great and overall it is a great UX.
Cons
From a Customer Success standpoint, it is a little limited in terms of tracking health scores and managing client relationships. You are unable to tell when a client is 'unhealthy' and therefore, which clients need more attention. Tracking email threads can also be a little difficult as the same email will display multiple times, rather than just in the one thread.

The Premier Marketing CRM & Automation Platform
My overall experience with Hubspot CRM has been great. Their help center and customer service are unmatched.
Pros
Hubspot CRM is the premier marketing CRM and automation platform out there. It makes it so easy to store and organize contacts, segment your database into lists for targeted email marketing, and so much more.
Cons
The only thing I can honestly say I dislike is that they changed the navigation! I've been a Hubspot user for almost 10 years, and the nav changed really threw me off and is still taking some getting used to months later.

HubSpot CRM is a superstar for building strong relations with customers.
We have climbed the ladder of success in building strong relationships with our customers thanks to the good work by HubSpot CRM. It is very easy to customize which allowed us to achieve the right tool for the job that perfectly suits our needs. HubSpot CRM has helped take every possible opportunity we have to build up on our customer interactions.
Pros
HubSpot CRM incredible customer engagement functions like the chatting and meetings gives us an efficient way to interact with our customers. It gives us detailed reports that help us analyze our customer engagements and take actions to improve our customer relationships. It has great sales visual boards that allow us to monitor our sales activities in real time.

Hubspot is a industry leading CRM and a must for fast scaling businesses
Absolutely fantastic and highly recommend. Hubspot has scaled from 4 of us to over 200 and they are constantly innovating.
Pros
We initially chose Hubspot because of it's user friendly UX/UI. We have now used Hubspot for over 6 years and it has been incredible constantly ensuring they added features that keep up with our growth. The CRM itself is still very intuitive. The reporting and dashboards feature is fantastic. There are so many pro's but it's hard to beat Hubspot for it's intuitive design and use.
Cons
The challenge we've had with Hubspot it the placement of critical features in different pricing categories. We are constantly finding that critical features are in different pricing tiers.

Great CRM, but awful reporting
Pros
The system is very easy to set up and use. The card population is easy and intuitive. Super easy data migration from a previous provider.
Cons
During the sales calls we were shown that we could report on almost anything, however once we subscribed we saw that the customization of the reports is minimal and it is based on already pre-set measurements, hence there is no option to customize them at the end of the day. That is really frustrating as we need to know what our sales funnel is for instance. Instead we get duplicate data because the same deal is counted in the different stage it was located in.

Hubspot is the best bang for the buck CRM out there
Pros
Compared to other CRMs I've used this is the most straight forward, easy to use, while also being robust enough CRM out there... Pipeline management is on point, reporting is great, customizability is great without being to complex... Hubspot has been my favorite CRM to use as a sales rep
Cons
They really need to revamp their Sequencing feature. It's very clunky and limited compared to others in the market
You cant throttle emails so your domain will just get wrecked as spam unless you make every email a manual email.
I cant have an email auto populate right after a call
Its confusing because theres multiple places to actually perform your sequence tasks: either task view or in the sequencing tab.
The sequencing view is a mess and very complicated
While completing tasks is the best by going to your tasks it can be overly complicated if you dont have your queues properly set up.
Hubspot needs a full overhaul here if they truly want to weed out other great cost effective options

Pros
HubSpot CRM was great 2 years ago. Was very expensive, but had a good return for the price. Now they keep charging more and more and give less and less.

Great solution, slightly too glorified but still my go to CRM
I've used pretty much any module of Hubspot's Marketing Hub, from workflows to reports, and what I like is that the few times I'm in doubt how to do something, it's easy to figure it out.
Pros
Easy to set up, tons of integrations, and great knowledge base. I have used Hubspot at multiple companies (both in-house and with clients as a consultant) and it's a solid solution.
Cons
Support has been a hit or miss, when it comes to tracking issues they are usually not helpful (support is pretty good otherwise). Also it's annoying that somewhat standard features are not included in the already expensive Pro plan and require Enterprise.
